How does billing work — any surprises?
The plan price is the bill: no per-user fees, nothing stacked on top. Allowances are printed on the card and reset monthly. Set a hard monthly send cap in Settings and nothing sends past it. No contracts — cancel anytime; annual runs through the term you paid for. Your data exports from Settings on any plan, or after you leave.
How does annual pricing work?
You pay for 11 months and get 12 — one month free. Launch $1,419/yr, Grow $3,267/yr, Scale $6,567/yr.
What does the free trial include?
14 days free — add a card and agree to the terms, and nothing is billed until you pick a plan. The trial is a smaller slice: your website, lead capture, drafted replies, and quotes. The full back office unlocks on a plan.
Does any plan include texting or phone answering?
No. We don't sell channels that haven't shipped. Today Loop Squared works over email, your website, web chat, and calculators.
What happens at the allowance or my cap?
If you set a cap, sending stops at the cap until you raise it or the month resets. There is no overage billing today — if that ever changes, per-unit rates get published on this page first.
