Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Loop Squared platform. By using the service, you agree to them.

Company

The Loop Squared platform is operated by Loop Squared LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mercavia LLC. In these terms, "Loop Squared," "we," "us," and "our" mean Loop Squared LLC — the party you are contracting with for the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, your team's access, and the accuracy of the data you enter. Keep your credentials secure.

Acceptable use

Don't use the platform to break the law, send messages without the required consent (including SMS/voice/email regulations such as TCPA and CAN-SPAM), infringe others' rights, or disrupt the service. You are responsible for outreach you authorize the agents to send.

Fees

Paid plans are billed as described at signup. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice, effective at your next renewal.

Subscriptions, renewals & cancellation

Subscriptions are offered on monthly or annual billing cycles and renew automatically at the then-current rate until cancelled. Monthly plans renew each month; annual plans are prepaid for a twelve-month term and renew annually.

You may cancel at any time from your billing settings or by contacting us. When you cancel, your subscription does not renew, and you keep access through the end of your current paid period — for monthly plans, the end of the current month; for annual plans, the end of your prepaid twelve-month term. Amounts already paid, including prepaid annual terms, are non-refundable except where required by law. You remain responsible for charges incurred before cancellation takes effect.

Your data

You own the business and customer data you put into the platform. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service for you. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. AI-generated output may be imperfect — review it before acting or sending. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability (and that of our parent, Mercavia LLC, and our affiliates) is limited to the amount you paid in the prior three months.

Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
